HOMEBASE Design and Build is a partner-led construction and remodeling company serving homeowners across San Diego County. We built HOMEBASE around a simple idea: the building process should feel clear and organized, not confusing and stressful.
We stay involved from start to finish, so you are not passed around between sales, project managers, and strangers. You will know who you are working with, what is happening next, and what decisions matter before they turn into problems.

Oded Rahom - CEO
Oded leads field execution and build coordination. He is hands-on throughout the project, focused on clean workmanship, realistic planning, trade coordination, and protecting quality through the details homeowners actually notice.
Harel Ozeri - COO
Harel leads client communication and project operations, with a strong focus on clarity, planning, and decision-making. He also has a background in real estate valuation, which adds a practical lens to priorities, tradeoffs, and value-based choices during the project.
Together, we bring over 20 years of combined experience across remodeling, home additions, ADUs, and new construction, with a partner-led standard that stays consistent from start to finish.
